LocalePilot sells credits, which are digital goods used inside the application. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping address or delivery charge applies.
Credits are added to your workspace immediately after Razorpay confirms the payment — normally within a few seconds. The new balance appears in the credits indicator without needing a reload.
Payment confirmations can be delayed by the payment network. If your balance has not updated within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email kashyapbhatt7193@gmail.com with the payment reference. We will either deliver the credits or refund the payment in full.
The service is available worldwide over the internet. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees.
